Superior category mono-varietal obtained from cold extraction of the Peranzana variety only. The so-called "queen of Puglia" is the typical variety of Tavoliere, an extra virgin olive oil with unique nutritional properties, a soft and decisive flavour, with fruity and herbaceous references.

Intense color tending towards green, consistency and strong flavor are some of the qualities that distinguish this oil.

Furthermore, hand-picking, as per tradition, avoids damage to the product, preserving its taste, flavor and colour.
